Jacobs Engineering Acquires Professional Services Firm TYBRIN

Jacobs Engineering Group [JEC] on Friday said it has acquired TYBRIN Corp., a professional services firm offering mission planning, software engineering, systems engineering and other services to the Defense Department, NASA and other federal clients. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
