The private equity firm J.F. Lehman & Company last Thursday said its portfolio company AGI Holdings has acquired United Kingdom-based Aish Technologies Limited, a provider of electronic equipment used in harsh environments.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.Aish makes ruggedized display systems, cathodic protection systems, and other subsystems for the U.K. and U.S. navies, and for other global defense and commercial customers.AGI is a provider of situational awareness and LED lighting systems for naval vessels, military and commercial aircraft and…
