Huntington Ingalls Completes Acquisition Of Fulcrum IT Services

Huntington Ingalls Industries [HII] on Monday said it closed its acquisition of Fulcrum IT Services, adding expertise in cyber security, C5ISR, intelligence operations, software development and data analytics. Terms of the deal, which was first announced last month, were not disclosed. Fulcrum, which has about 400 employees, is now part of HII’s Technical Solutions segment.
