General Dynamics Wins $15 Million Air Force Contract For Intelligence-Cyber Software Prototype

The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) awarded General Dynamics [GD] a $15 million contract to design, develop, integrate, test, and demonstrate a software prototype that would correlate several kinds of intelligence, the company said Thursday.The prototype will correlate geospatial and signals intelligence, cyber indicator, and warning data streams for intelligence analysts, GD said.Under the contract, GD will design and develop this software as a cloud-based threat detection and analysis platform using a modular architecture to automate threat assessments.
