Red Point Construction LLC, Palmer, Alaska, was awarded a $25,637,182 firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of Fuel Farms 3 and 4. This contract provides for the repair, replacement, and consolidation of Fuel Farm 3 and Fuel Farm 4’s bulk JP-8 and ultra-low sulfur diesel underground storage tanks, as well as a new filter building and fuel station. Work will be performed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 17, 2026. This contract was a competitive acquisition and five offers were received. Fiscal 2023 Defense Logistics Agency Defense working capital funds in the amount of $25,637,182 are being obligated at time of award.
