BigBear.ai To Bolster Computer Vision Capabilities With Pangiam Acquisition

BigBear.ai [BBAI] on Monday said it has agreed to acquire Pangiam in a $70 million stock transaction that will add new capabilities in artificial intelligence and customers. BigBear.ai and Pangiam are both portfolio companies of the private equity firm AE Industrial Partners. BigBear.ai provides customers with predictive analytics using artificial intelligence for supply chain and logistics, cybersecurity, and computer vision for autonomous systems.
