DHS Awards First Phase 4 Prototyping Contract For Ionic Security’s Surveillance Data Platform

The Department of Homeland Security selected Ionic Security as the first company to move to the final stage of its Silicon Valley Innovation Program (SVIP), where it will begin prototyping its secure video surveillance data platform, the department said on Monday. Ionic Security began the fourth phase of SVIP on April 11 after receiving $199,329 to start final prototyping of its Data Trust Platform before pilot deployment to the commercial market.“SVIP functions to create the opportunities for innovation and development…
