TSL Seeks RDT&E and Technical Support Services

The Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL) has issued a pre-solicitation notice seeking technical services to support research, engineering, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) services, and laboratory operations, supplemental laboratory and test range facilities. The planned procurement includes a partial small business set-aside. The anticipated contract is a multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with the capability to issue cost-plus, firm fixed-price or hybrid task orders. The contracts will include a one-year base and four one-year options.…
