TSA Issues RFP for HR Continuity of Operations

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to contractors who are currently under a strategic management blanket purchase to help the Office of Human Capital develop additional, and improve existing, Continuity of Operations Plans for human resources management.
