Tri-S Security Nabs $56M DHS Security Services Contract

Tri-S Security Corp. [TRIS] says its Paragon Systems subsidiary has received a five-year, $56 million contract from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide security services for federal government facilities throughout the Washington, D.C. area, Maryland and Northern Virginia. The contract will begin on June 1 and Tri-S says it will be worth $11.2 million annually during the five-year period.
