Textron Defense Systems, an operating unit of Textron Systems, a Textron Inc. [TXT] company, yesterday said the company's Wilmington, Mass., headquarters has been appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the Capability Maturity Modelr Integration for Development Version 1.2 (CMMI-DEV). The Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement Version 1.2 Class A, or SCAMPISM A, was used to provide this benchmark quality rating.
