Coast Guard Awards Teledyne $49M for Long-Range Imaging Systems Teledyne FLIR Defense has won a $48.7 million contract to provide Maritime Forward Looking Infrared II sensors and multiple variants of its SeaFLIR 280-HD electro-optical/infrared surveillance systems for the Coast Guard. The systems will be sued on new Coast Guard cutters and as sensor upgrades for existing cutters with legacy technology. Work is expected to be completed by March 2027.
