Airline to test Liberty’s HEXWAVE Scanner for Employee Screening Liberty Defense says that one of the largest U.S. airlines plans to conduct beta testing of the company’s HEXWAVE people scanner in October at a major U.S. international airport. The walk-through HEXWAVE system can automatically detect hidden weapons and other potential threats, including metal and non-metallic times. The system is based on millimeter wave technology, video-rate 3-D imaging, and artificial intelligence and gives operators an automatic go/no-go decision in real-time. The…
