The State Department approved two possible multi-billion-dollar Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Bahrain for hundreds of Patriot missiles and related equipment, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) said Friday. DSCA notified Congress of the sales on May 3. The UAE sale consists of $2.728 billion for 452 Patriot Advanced Capability 3 (PAC-3) Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) missiles.
