The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) on commercial off-the-shelf wireless surveillance cameras that can be used by emergency response organizations in field applications. The cameras must include a built-in or external wireless transmitter and receiver.
