Raytheon Acquires Info Security Firm Telemus

Adding to its capabilities in cyber security, Raytheon [RTN] has acquired Telemus Solutions, Inc., which provides security consulting and intelligence advisory services to defense, intelligence and other federal customers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Based in Northern Virginia, Telemus has core capabilities in threat and vulnerability assessments, emergency response planning, security training, and specialized research and analysis.
