The private equity firm J.F. Lehman & Co. on Monday said its portfolio company Trident Maritime Systems has sold its Hoffman Engineering company to another investment firm, Branford Castle Partners. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Hoffman Engineering develops and manufactures night vision test equipment, night vision imaging lighting systems, and commercial aviation specialty lighting products for the U.S. military, aerospace and defense original equipment manufacturers, and commercial airlines.
