Northrop Grumman Forges Ahead On Anti-IED Jammer

Northrop Grumman [NOC] is moving into the final stages of demonstrating the development of a jammer for countering radio controlled improvised explosive devices, the company said yesterday. Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) awarded Northrop Grumman a $14.1-million contract option for to finalize the demonstration and development phase of the program before it heads into production.
