New GAO Report Paints Worrying Picture for F-35 Sustainment

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) issued a new report April 25 offering new recommendations to improve the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter’s supply chain and sustainment issues, and warns that without implementing new procedures, the program could prove unable to meet readiness requirements in an affordable manner.
