The Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeking white papers and proposals for exploratory development of technologies to detect, locate access, diagnose, identify, render safe, neutralize, and dispose of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and unexploded ordnance (UXO).
