Moog Acquires German Video Security Firm

Moog Inc. [MOG.A] recently said it has acquired German video security technology firm Pieper GmbH, a manufacturer of video products and integrated vision systems for the security and extreme industrial environments. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Pieper had $14 million in sales last year and is expected to add $6.3 million to Moog's sales for the last five months of its current fiscal year.
