ManTech Acquires Firm Serving Intelligence Community

ManTech International [MANT] on Monday said it has acquired Technical and Management Assistance Corporation (TMAC), which provides data engineering services and solutions to the U.S. intelligence community. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
