ManTech Acquires Firm Serving Intelligence Community

ManTech International [MANT] on Monday said it has acquired Technical and Management Assistance Corporation (TMAC), which provides data engineering services and solutions to the U.S. intelligence community. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. TMAC, a small company based in Columbia, Md., provides services in data privacy and cyber engineering, systems engineering, workflow automation, and cybersecurity maturity model certification. “ManTech has a well-established reputation as a leader in analytics capabilities that collect and decipher vast data flows across SIGINT systems,”…
