ManTech International [MANT] on Monday said it has acquired Edaptive Systems LLC, a provider of information technology (IT) solutions to federal health agencies, further building out its presence in this space.Terms of the deal were not disclosed. ManTech said the acquisition was funded with cash on hand and will be slightly accretive to its financial results in 2017.ManTech said the acquisition improves its ability to pursue business throughout the federal health community.
