Malaysia Requests $21 Million In AMRAAM Missiles

The State Department approved a possible $21 million Foreign Military Sales (FMS) request to Malaysia for AIM-120C7 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAM) and associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support.The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) notified Congress of the potential sale on Tuesday.The primary contractor would be Raytheon [RTN].The requested FMS would include 10 AIM-120C7 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAM), missile containers, spare and repair parts, support and test equipment, publications and technical documentation, personnel training and training…
