Lockheed Martin to Build New Hypersonics Facility in Alabama

Lockheed Martin [LMT] plans to establish a new facility to support its hypersonic programs in northern Alabama, bringing nearly 300 new jobs to the region over the next three years. Company leaders and government officials will make a formal announcement Sept. 16, per a Lockheed Martin statement Monday.
