L3Harris To Provide Propulsion For Northrop GPI

L3Harris Technologies [LHX] recently said it will provide hypersonic missile defense prime contractor Northrop Grumman [NOC] with two solid rocket motors to the Glide Phase Interceptor (GPI). Last week, the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) announced it chose Northrop Grumman over RTX [RTX] to proceed with developing the GPI concept (Defense Daily, Sept. 25).
