General Atomics Acquires Small Company With Synthetic Aperture Radar Expertise

General Atomics on Tuesday said it has acquired Neva Ridge Technologies, a small Colorado-based company that provides synthetic aperture radar (SAR) technology and services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. General Atomics said that Neva Ridge will be integrated into its Electromagnetic Systems Group (EMS) and help the company better serve its defense and space customers.
