Northrop Grumman [NOC] has received a two-year, $12 million task order from the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to plan, conduct and evaluate the 2009 Tier 1 National Level Exercise. "The National Level Exercise is the largest, most complex exercise conducted under FEMA's National Exercise Division," says Edward Soriano, Northrop Grumman Technical Services program manager for the contract. Northrop Grumman's teammates include ICF International [ICFI], Battelle, Alutiiq, L-3 Communications [LLL], UNITECH and Interface Media Group.
