Egypt Requests $70 Million In Eight Sentinel AN/MPQ-64F1 Radars

The State Department approved a possible $70 million Foreign Military Sales (FMS) request to Egypt for Sentinel AN/MPQ-64F1 Radars and related equipment, training, and support.The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) notified Congress of the potential sale on Sept. 16, the agency said Sept. 19.The sale would include eight Sentinel AN/MPQ-64F1 Radars and software and training, spares and support equipment, technical manuals, Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) VRC-92E Radios, and 16 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV) Ml…
