DynCorp To Acquire Firm That Consults To Intelligence Community

DynCorp International [DCP] on Monday said it has agreed to acquired Phoenix Consulting Group, Inc., a small firm that provides proprietary training courses and materials and management consulting services to the intelligence community, in a deal that would expand the company's services to the intelligence community. Terms of the pending acquisition were not disclosed. DynCorp, which expects the deal to close in October, said it is funding the acquisition with cash on hand.
