The Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate has issued a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking technical, management, and subject matter expert support for the Cyber Security Research and Development Center. Primary services will include leading and participating in experiments and exercises for the Linking Oil and Gas Industry to Improve Cyber Security project, the Distributed Environment for Critical Infrastructure Decision-making Exercises project, the Homeland Security Technology project, the Cyber Security Test bed Program, and other activities.
