The Pentagon's Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting under the Cyber Fast Track (CFT) program to engage numerous cyber related efforts across the spectrum of computer and network operations to demonstrate that cyber efforts can be accomplished rapidly and cost effectively.
