Koontz Electric Co. Inc., Morrilton, Arkansas, was awarded a $7,955,558 firm-fixed-price contract for the Norfork Major Rehabilitation project. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Salesville, Arkansas, with an estimated completion date of April 21, 2023. Fiscal 2018 funds in the amount of $7,955,558, funded through a sub-agreement with Southwest Power, were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock, Arkansas, is the contracting activity (W9127S-21-C-0004).
