General Electric Aviation, Lynn, Massachusetts, is awarded a $13,275,057 cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0042122F0065) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0042119G0001). This order provides engineering services and engine system improvement support for the F408 engine component improvement program. Work will be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed in December 2022. Fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount $5,000,000 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
