Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking information on commercially available or near commercially available crane spreader mounted radiation and nuclear detection technology to determine commercial interest in participating in a government led evaluation. The systems would be used to detect nuclear and radiological materials within containerized cargo as it is being transferred from ship to shore.
