Catcher Holdings [CTHH] is enhancing its handheld mobile computer communications devices, the CATCHER Rhino and Grizzly, with a contact and contactless smart card reader from SMC Microsystems [SCMM] at the behest of a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agency customer.
