CACI International [CACI] recently said it has agreed to acquire Paradigm Holdings, Inc. [PDHO], a small provider of cyber security and forensics, and enterprise information technology (IT) solutions to federal civilian agencies, DoD and the intelligence community. The pending acquisition, which is expected to close this fall, follows another by CACI last month in the IT security space. Terms of the deal for Paradigm were not disclosed.
