CACI Acquiring Small Cyber Security Firm

CACI International [CAI] this week said it has agreed to acquire SystemWare, Inc., a small firm with capabilities in monitoring and detecting cyber and physical security vulnerabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. SystemWare had $16 million in sales last year and CACI expects the deal to be accretive to earnings during the first year. California-based SystemWare designs and manufactures radio frequency acquisition and analysis systems that enable users to monitor unwanted emissions and threats. The company's customers include…
