CACI International [CAI] has acquired SystemWare, Inc., a small firm with capabilities in monitoring and detecting cyber and physical security vulnerabilities. California-based SystemWare designs and manufactures radio frequency acquisition and analysis systems that enable users to monitor unwanted emissions and threats. The company's customers include the Defense Department, intelligence community, federal civilian agencies and U.S. allies.
