The Army Contracting Agency at White Sands Missile Range, N.M., is soliciting commercially available equipment for the Commercial Equipment Direct Assistance Program (CEDAP) in the areas of field portable chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear detection devices. CEDAP is a competitive program that helps meet the equipment needs and training of smaller jurisdictions and communities. Under Sol.
