The Army Research Development and Engineering Center, Homeland & Battlespace Transformation Systems Directorate, has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeking innovative concepts toward advancing the current and emerging science and technologies in the areas of network centric, interoperable and interactive solutions to transform the battlespace and secure the homeland.
