The Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome (N.Y.) Research Site, has issued a Request for Information for the Air Force Global Cyberspace Integration Center Concepts and Technology Directorate which wants information on technology initiatives that may be applied to the continuity of mission capability in the event of an interruption or degradation of space-based GPS and communications satellite services. The primary intent of the RFI is to explore mature innovative technologies and concepts for shifting and sustaining services from space when confronted with degradation or disruption of space services that assure command and control and mission capability and effectiveness.
