The Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome Research Site, has issued a Broad Agency Announcement seeking white papers for scientific studies and experiments to increase knowledge, understanding and capability to support full spectrum cyber operations within the Defense Department. Areas of interest include the integration and better coordination of the day- to-day defense, protection, and operation of DoD networks as well as the capability to conduct full spectrum cyber space military operations. It includes approaches to better educate cyber experts, equipped with the latest technologies, to project and assure DoD missions. The Air Force says that research efforts are expected to result in functional capabilities, concepts, theory and applications. The Air Force has $24 million available under the BAA during the next three years with award amounts between $200,000 and $1.5 per year. Sol. No. BAA-10-04-RIKA.
