SAIC Reorganizes, Going To Five Business Groups From Two Sectors

Science Applications International Corp. [SAIC] on Monday said it is forming five new business groups in place of its current operating structure of two business sectors, whose leaders will be departing the company in early 2024. The company said the new flatter structure will improve “customer intimacy” and help drive organic growth.
