Private Equity Firm Acquires Sabre Systems

CM Equity Partners in late September acquired the cybersecurity and digital solutions company Sabre Systems, adding to its portfolio of defense and federal services companies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. CM Equity acquired Sabre from its founder.
