L3 Technologies [LLL] on Tuesday said it has acquired OceanServer Technology, a small developer and manufacturer of autonomous unmanned undersea vehicles for military, commercial and international customers.Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition closed on March 17.Based in Massachusetts, OceanServer has delivered more than 250 of its Iver Autonomous Underwater Vehicles, which L3 said is the first commercially-developed low-cost AUS.
