Frelinghuysen to Chair House Defense Appropriations Subcommittee

House Appropriations Committee chairman Hal Rogers (R-Ky.) said yesterday that Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen (R-N.J.) would serve as the chairman of the defense subcommittee, after former chairman Bill Young (R-Fla.) died earlier this year.
