Modern Technology Solutions Inc., Alexandria, Virginia, is awarded a modification (P00005) to increase the ceiling on a hybrid indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (HQ003421D0002) by $420,000,000, from $496,000,000 to $916,000,000, to provide a range of technical and engineering services required to assist the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering.
