Raytheon, Invizeon Partner on Emergency Comms System

Raytheon's [RTN] JPS Communications unit has partnered with Invizeon Corp. to market an emergency alert system to colleges, universities, and civil and military customers. The company's say a notification message can be delivered within minutes to thousands of users regardless of device, access method or carrier.
