The Army Research, Development and Engineering Command's Night Vision Electronics Sensors Directorate has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeking various technological approaches that can remotely and autonomously detect, mark, and neutralize explosive threats and which are suitable to be deployed on a Talon-class robotic platform.
